Ingredients
- 15 Graham crackers
- 1 cup marshmallow fluff
- 4 cups Cool Whip thawed
- 4 cups chocolate pudding
Instructions
- Break your graham crackers in half so you have 30 squares. Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking pan with half of the graham crackers squares and set aside.
- Use an electric hand mixer to whisk together the marshmallow fluff and cool whip in a large mixing bowl. Whisk the ingredients together until they are smooth and homogenous.
- Pour the cool whip mixture on top of the graham crackers and use a spatula to spread it into an even layer.
- Use your spatula to spread the chocolate pudding over the top of the cool whip mixture. Top with the remaining graham cracker squares.
- Transfer your s’mores bars to the freezer for about 6 hours, or until the pudding and cool whip have set.
- Slice your bars into 15 evenly sized pieces, serve, and enjoy!

Notes
- Thawed cool whip will be easier to work with, but you can use cool whip straight from the freezer too. Just make sure the marshmallow fluff is fully incorporated with the cool whip and make sure you can easily spread the mixture over the top of your graham crackers.
- Your chocolate pudding will become combined with the cool whip a little bit as you spread it into an even layer. This is completely okay. It might look a little marbled after you get it spread out all the way.
- I like to divide my graham crackers into squares to serve as a guide when I cut them into bars. With that being said, you can use whole graham crackers as well.
- Once these bars are set, you can store them for up to a month in the freezer covered with plastic wrap or transferred to an airtight container.
- These frozen s’mores bars have a texture and consistency very similar to an ice cream sandwich. The filling will soften the graham crackers a little bit, much like the chocolate cookie of an ice cream sandwich.
