Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs (about 9 crackers)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream whipped
  • Whipped Cream like cool whip

Instructions

  1. Add graham crackers crumbs to a spring form pan, add melted butter and stir together until well combined. Press evenly into the bottom and up the sides. Put in the freezer while making the rest of this recipe.
  2. Blend strawberries, sugar, and orange juice until smooth. Set aside.
  3. With a hand mixer, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped heavy whipping cream cream and strawberry mixture. Pour over your graham crust and cover with plastic wrap.
  4. Freeze for 6 to 8 hours or until firm.
  5. Serve cold, topped with whipped cream (cool whip).

Notes

  • Use a 9 or 10-inch spring form pan.
