Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen sweet potato fries (500 grams)
Chili Jam Dipping Sauce (optional)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 ½ tablespoon Thai-style tomato chili jam
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer as you would do with your oven. Most air fryers have a preheat button, but if yours doesn't have one, simply turn your air fryer to 180°C (360°F) for 5 minutes.
- When the air fryer is heated, add your frozen sweet potato fries into the basket without overcrowding it. Make sure the sweet potatoes are not overlapping each other, they should be in a single layer. Do it in two batches if your air fryer basket is not large enough to take them all.
- Cook the sweet potato fries for 9 minutes, and give the basket a shake. Cook for another 8 to 10 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy. If you like your sweet potato fries extra crispy, cook them for a few more minutes.
- Remove the fried sweet potato fries from the basket and transfer them on a serving plate with your favorite dip as a snack or as a side dish to your Lamb Beyti Kebab, Thai Fish Cakes - Tod Mun Pla, or Homemade Koftas.
