Frozen Yogurt

A cool, creamy alternative to ice cream, this Frozen Yogurt is as simple as it is satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups strawberry or other frozen fruit, frozen
  • 2 cups banana frozen, slices
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt nonfat
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4-6 tablespoons honey adjust to taste

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or blender, combine frozen strawberries, banana slices, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey.
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Taste and add more honey if desired for extra sweetness.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container, smoothing the top. Cover with parchment paper to prevent ice crystals. Freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm.
  4. Before serving, let the frozen yogurt sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften. Scoop and serve immediately.
