Frozen Yogurt Bark
Frozen Yogurt Bark is a chilled treat made from vanilla yogurt spread thin and topped with diced strawberries, blueberries, and granola. Once frozen hard, it breaks into crisp, cold pieces that combine creamy, fruity, and crunchy textures. This snack offers a refreshing option for warm days or a light dessert, stored easily in the freezer for later enjoyment.
Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt whole milk
- ½ cup strawberries diced
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup granola
Instructions
- Line a rimmed baking quarter sheet with wax or parchment paper.
- Pour the yogurt into the baking dish and spread evenly on the prepared baking sheet so that it fills the shape.
- Top with the strawberries, blueberries and granola.
- Place in the freezer until the yogurt is firm, about 3 hours.
- Cut into 12-15 pieces, and enjoy cold.
- Store leftovers in the freezer.
