Ingredients

  • 12 small/medium strawberries
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla, 230 g

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Prep: Wash strawberries and pat them dry. Line a baking sheet or plate with parchment paper.
  2. Coat: Holding the strawberry by the green leaves, dip each berry into the yogurt a few times to evenly coat it with yogurt, then set it on the prepared plate. Freeze until solid, about 2 hours.
  3. Optional Second Coat: For a thick, even layer of yogurt, repeat the process one more time, dipping each berry in yogurt again and freezing until solid.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to serve.
  • Feel free to go crazy with the flavors! Mix and match different yogurt flavors (like strawberry, blueberry, and peach) with different fruits (like blackberries, blueberries, diced mango, and pitted cherries).
