  • 1 apple Granny Smith
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup red grape
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds
  • ⅓ cup guava juice
  • ⅔ cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoon granulated sugar white
  • 2 teaspoon chaat masala
Garnish
  • 1 teaspoon tajin seasoning
  • 4 tablespoon tamarind chutney

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Chop all the fruit into small bite sized pieces. (see notes)
  2. Mix both the juices with the sugar and chaat masala and pour over the chopped fruit.
  3. Stir and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. (see notes)

Notes

  • Chopping the fruit: Cut it into small pieces so it is easier to eat.
  • Letting the fruit salad rest: This allows the fruit to soak up the spiced juice, making the final result more flavorful.
  • The Garnish: These are optional but highly recommended to enhance the taste of the fruit salad.
