Fruit Kabobs
This healthy and delicious dessert can be made in an array of colorful patterns and designs!
Ingredients
- 12 strawberry hulled, medium
- 12 blackberry or mulberry
- 12 pineapple chunks
- 12 cantaloupe chunks
- 12 kiwi pieces
- 12 grapes large purple
- 12 large wooden skewers
- yogurt or whipped cream, for serving
Instructions
- Thread the fruits onto the skewers in a colorful pattern, making sure to leave enough empty space at the base to hold the skewer. Pierce the fruits in their centers to ensure they don't fall off.
- Serve fresh with yogurt or whipped cream for dipping.
