Ingredients

  • 1 lb of watermelon diced
  • 1 pineapple sliced and diced
  • 12 oz of blueberries
  • 1 lb of Strawberries sliced
  • 3 clementines or mandarin oranges peeled
Honey Lime Dressing
  • ¼ cup of organic honey
  • 1 Tablespoon of lime juice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Mix all fruit in a bowl
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together honey and lime juice.
  3. Pour honey lime dressing over fruit and toss until mixed thoroughly.
