Fruit Skewers and Coconut Yogurt dip

Ingredients
For the Skewer:
- 10 green grapes
- 10 pineapple chunks fresh
- 10 papaya chunks
- 10 Banana slices thick
- 10 strawberries
For the Dip:
- 1 cup coconut meat
- 2 Tablespoon Jaggery or Sugar or Honey
- ½ Cup yogurt
Instructions
- For the Fruit skewer, rinse, clean and cut all fruits into bite size pieces. The grapes don't need to be cut.
- Arrange them colorwise from green, white, yellow, orange to red on the wooden sticks.
- For the yogurt dip, remove the coconut flesh out of its shell.
- Place coconut fruit flesh with yogurt and sweetener into a blender jar or food processor. You can also blend it in a jar with a powerful immersion blender.
- Blend to a smooth dip.
- Keep fruits and dip in the refrigerator until serving time.
