Ingredients

Strawberry Rice Sushi
  • fruit rolls strawberry flavor
  • strawberries
  • rice room temperature
Banana Sushi
  • banana
  • peanut butter
  • blueberries
  • pomegranate arils

Instructions

Strawberry Rice Sushi
    Cup of Yum
  1. Unroll the fruit roll and lay it flat on a cuttting board.
  2. Spread about 1/4 c. of rice on top and press it flat.
  3. Add strawberry slices down the center.
  4. Gently rollup the fruit roll.
  5. Slice into 1 inch slices. I used a bread knife to cut through the fruit roll cleanly.
Banana Sushi
  1. Slice a banana into 1 inch sections.
  2. Use a grapefruit knife to cut out the center of each banana slice.
  3. Fill the hole with peanut butter or press blueberries into the hole.
  4. Sprinkle both types of sushi with pomegranate arils.
