Ingredients
Strawberry Rice Sushi
- fruit rolls strawberry flavor
- strawberries
- rice room temperature
Banana Sushi
- banana
- peanut butter
- blueberries
- pomegranate arils
Instructions
Strawberry Rice Sushi
- Unroll the fruit roll and lay it flat on a cuttting board.
- Spread about 1/4 c. of rice on top and press it flat.
- Add strawberry slices down the center.
- Gently rollup the fruit roll.
- Slice into 1 inch slices. I used a bread knife to cut through the fruit roll cleanly.
Banana Sushi
- Slice a banana into 1 inch sections.
- Use a grapefruit knife to cut out the center of each banana slice.
- Fill the hole with peanut butter or press blueberries into the hole.
- Sprinkle both types of sushi with pomegranate arils.
