Ingredients
- 3 pears roughly chopped
- 3 apples roughly chopped
- 3 handfuls spinach 3 cups
- 5 sprigs mint
Instructions
- Place the mint and spinach into the chute of the juicer.
- Then add the apples and pears into the juicer.
- Turn the juicer on high and press (using the plastic press) the fruits and veggies into the juicer.
- Stir the juice and then pour over ice.
- Serve immediately.
