Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups Fruity Pebbles
Instructions
- Combine the heavy cream and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Use an electric hand mixer to beat the cream for 3-4 minutes, or until stiff peaks begin to form.
- Once your cream begins to form stiff peaks, add the condensed milk and fruity pebbles. Gently fold the mixture together until the condensed milk is fully incorporated and the fruity pebbles are evenly distributed.
- Pour your ice cream into a 9x13 inch loaf pan and cover it with plastic wrap. Let your ice cream freeze for 5 hours, or until firm in the middle.
- Let your ice cream soften on the counter for a few minutes. Scoop, serve and enjoy!
