Ingredients
- 800 gms – 28 oz. canned Ful Medames cooked fava beans
- 1 medium tomato finely chopped
- 2 green onions finely chopped
- 100 gms – 1/3 cup Tahini sauce
- 1 lemon juiced (you can add more if you like)
- salt
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- Some cold water for the Tahini sauce
- 25 gms – 1/2 cup cilantro coriander, chopped
- Extra virgin olive oil to drizzle on the top
Notes
- Mine came out a bit too runny, so make sure to boil the ful a bit longer, so it thickens up more.
