Funfetti Cake Mix Cookies

Ingredients

  • 15.25 ounce Funfetti Cake Mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • Sprinkles optional

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, oil, and eggs until a dough forms. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 350. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Optional: Sprinkle extra sprinkles on top of each cookie.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes. Do not over-bake! Remove from oven and transfer to a wire rack to cool.

Notes

  • Try other cake mix cookie recipes:
  • If you don't have a funfetti cake mix, you can use a white cake mix and add sprinkles.
  • Try double chocolate cake mix cookies with chocolate cake mix and chocolate chips.
  • Another favorite of mine is lemon cake mix cookies with white chocolate chips. So yummy!
  • Make strawberry cake mix cookies with red and white sprinkles for a darling Valentine's Day treat.
