Furikake Salmon

Furikake Salmon features salmon fillets coated with a wasabi-mayonnaise glaze and sprinkled liberally with furikake seasoning. The mixed flavors of creamy mayo, spicy wasabi, umami soy sauce, and the crunchy, savory furikake create a layered taste profile. The fillets cook quickly under high heat in the oven or air fryer, resulting in moist, flaky salmon with a flavorful crust.
