A garden fresh caprese stack with creamy mozzarella, crunchy cucumbers, fragrant basil, and vine ripened tomatoes, with drizzled balsamic glaze.

Ingredients

  • 2 Campari tomatoes sliced
  • 4-8 fresh basil leaves
  • ½ a cucumber
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella
  • balsamic glaze

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Slice mozzarella into 8 slices
  2. Slice cucumber and tomato, you need 8 slices of each
  3. Layer mozzarella, fresh basil, a slice of cucumber, a slice of tomato
  4. Drizzle balsamic glaze or reduction over the top
  5. Serve immediately.
