Garden Fresh Guacamole
Garden Fresh Guacamole is loaded with amazing flavors from fresh avocadoes, onions, and tomatoes! It's the essential taco night or party dip!
Ingredients
- 4 large avocado pitted, ripe
- ½ cup tomato diced
- ¼ cup red onion peeled and diced
- ½ lime juiced
- 2 healing tablespoons cilantro chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, mash up the avocados with a fork. Make them as smooth as you like. (I prefer them a little on the chunky side.)
- Add the tomato, onion, cilantro, and garlic powder. Mix to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with your favorite tortilla chips. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge with the avocado pit in the guacamole to help prevent browning.
