Garden Fresh Guacamole

Garden Fresh Guacamole is loaded with amazing flavors from fresh avocadoes, onions, and tomatoes! It's the essential taco night or party dip!

Ingredients

  • 4 large ripe avocados pitted
  • ½ cup tomato diced
  • ¼ cup red onion peeled and diced
  • ½ lime juiced
  • 2 healing tablespoons cilantro chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, mash up the avocados with a fork. Make them as smooth as you like. (I prefer them a little on the chunky side.)
  2. Add the tomato, onion, cilantro, and garlic powder. Mix to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with your favorite tortilla chips. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge with the avocado pit in the guacamole to help prevent browning.
