Garlic and Dill Roasted Salmon
Fresh ingredients is the key to the great flavor in this garlic and dill roasted salmon.
Ingredients
- 2 wild salmon filets (6-8oz each)
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (grated)
- 2 tablespoons dill minced, fresh
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- ½ teaspoon salt sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees and prepare a baking dish by lining it with foil.
- Meanwhile, mix olive oil with minced garlic, dill, lemon zest, sea salt, and pepper.
- Brush olive oil mixture evenly on top of each salmon filet.
- Place filets in your prepared baking dish and top with lemon slices.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
