Ingredients

  • 2 wild salmon filets (6-8oz each)
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons dill minced, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • ½ teaspoon salt sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees and prepare a baking dish by lining it with foil.
  2. Meanwhile, mix olive oil with minced garlic, dill, lemon zest, sea salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush olive oil mixture evenly on top of each salmon filet.
  4. Place filets in your prepared baking dish and top with lemon slices.
  5. Roast for 15-20 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
