Garlic and Herb Popcorn

This Herb Popcorn is a great healthy snack and a delicious twist on traditional popcorn. Next time you feel like you need a quick healthy snack, skip the overpriced store-bought snacks and make this tasty popcorn instead!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
  • 1/3 cup herbes de provence (powdered - ground in blender or spice grinder)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Mix the above ingredients for the seasoning, except for the salt.
  2. Make popcorn according to my directions in this post about Healthy Stovetop Popcorn.
  3. While popcorn is still warm, top with the spice mixture and salt to taste.
  4. Enjoy!
