Garlic Basil Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • non-stick spray
  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ tablespoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion salt

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 425F.
  2. Peel and pat dry the chickpeas with a paper towel.
  3. Spray a sheet pan with non-stick spray and spread out the chickpeas onto the sheet pan in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 20 minutes, giving the sheet pan 1-2 shakes while it roasts.
  5. Combine the dried basil, garlic powder, and onion salt. Drizzle olive oil on top of the chickpeas and toss with the seasoning. Stir with a wooden spoon before placing it back into the oven for 5 minutes.
  6. Enjoy immediately or store after cooling.
