Ingredients

  • 6 lices garlic toast
  • 3 tomato large ripe
  • lettuce
  • 12 lices Bacon crispy; cooked
  • 6 tablespoons feta cheese crumbled
  • 6 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Prepare the garlic toast according to the package directions.
  2. Slice tomatoes.
  3. Prep the bacon (either cook your own or use the pre-cooked type available at your grocer). Break the bacon into two or three pieces per slice.
  4. Assemble BLT stacks in the following order: Garlic toast, tomato slice, lettuce, crumbled bacon, feta cheese. Drizzle each stack with balsamic vinegar.
