- 6 tablespoons salted butter
- 3 tablespoons Freshly Parsley , chopped
- 2 cloves garlic , finely minced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons brandy
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the butter, parsley, garlic and brandy.
- Using a fork, mash all of the ingredients together until well combined.
- Cover and place the butter in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
