Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons salted butter
  • 3 tablespoons Freshly Parsley , chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic , finely minced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons brandy

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the butter, parsley, garlic and brandy.
  2. Using a fork, mash all of the ingredients together until well combined.
  3. Cover and place the butter in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
