Garlic Butter

Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter or spread of choice, softened at room temperature, unsalted
  • 2 garlic minced, cloves
  • 2 tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper ground

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a small serving bowl, and using a fork mash and mix until combined.
  2. Store in a jar and keep refrigerated.
  3. Serve over sweet potatoes, vegetables, chicken, or as a spread on bread.

Notes

  • Garlic butter keeps well for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator or 6 months in the freezer.
  • Soften your butter before mixing it with the other ingredients so that everything combines easily.
  • You can use any butter or spread to make this recipe. Grass-fed butter or vegan butter will all work.
