Garlic Butter

Easy Garlic Butter! All you need is butter, garlic and 2 minutes to add extra flavour to anything you want!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter or spread of choice, softened at room temperature
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
  • 2 pinches salt to taste if using unsalted butter

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all ingredients into a small serving bowl, and mix until combined. Serve over a sweet corn on the cob or a nice crispy pan of Hasselback Sweet Potatoes!

Notes

  • Store covered in the fridge for up to two weeks, and use on ANYTHING!
