Garlic Butter

This easy homemade garlic butter is only 4 ingredients and takes 5 minutes to make at home! You'll never use storebought again!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter softened ( if you can find sea salt butter even better!, salted
  • 3 large garlic smashed flat then minced finely, cloves
  • 3 tablespoons parsley flat-leaf, chopped
  • 1-2 tablespoons chive minced, fresh
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper optional
Dried Substitutions
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons parsley dried
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Use to make garlic toast, on hot pasta, or your mashed potatoes and more!

Notes

  • Each serving is one tablespoon of the mixture.
