Ingredients
- 1 cup butter softened
- 6 cloves garlic finely diced
- ¼ cup parsley chopped
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Place the softened butter into a bowl and mash using a fork (or spoon) until smooth.
- Stir in the garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper and combine until creamy.
- Spoon the butter mixture into a log shape (1” in diameter) on a long piece of plastic wrap.
- Wrap the butter in the plastic wrap and roll it to get an even log shape. Place in the refrigerator to firm up.
- Unwrap and slice into discs when ready to serve.
