Garlic Butter Four Cheese Grilled Cheese
Garlic Butter Four Cheese Grilled Cheese is an easy gourmet sandwich stuffed with melty mozzarella, cheddar, provolone, and Parmesan cheeses!
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter softened, unsalted
- 2 cloves garlic , crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 lices sandwich bread thick
- 4 lices cheddar cheese
- 4 lices provolone cheese
- 4 lices mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese , shredded
Instructions
- Add butter, garlic and salt to a small saucepan on low heat.
- Melt and stir then let sit for 5 minutes.
- Brush the bread with melted butter on one side of each piece of bread.
- Add 4 slices buttered side down to a griddle or large skillet on medium heat.
- Add cheddar cheese, provolone cheese, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
- Add the remaining bread slices, butter side up (away from the rest of the sandwich).
- Cook for additional 2 minutes, then flip and cook the second side for 4 minutes, pressing down gently.
