Ingredients

  • 500 g potatoes Peeled and cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp rosemary Dried
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan/gas mark 6).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the potato chunks, minced garlic, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
