Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter unsalted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley finely chopped, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice fresh
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until it begins to foam.
  2. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant but not browned.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
