Garlic Butter Sauce
After one bite, you’ll wonder where this sauce has been your whole life.
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter unsalted
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley finely chopped, fresh
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice fresh
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until it begins to foam.
- Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant but not browned.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
