Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons salted butter melted
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 8 oz (230g) baby spinach
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Heat a skillet and add the butter. Sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the spinach, followed by the salt and lemon juice. Stir to combine well.
- As soon as the spinach leaves begin to wilt, turn off the heat and transfer the mixture to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh lemon wedges and serve immediately.
