Cup of Yum
Notes
- Remove the ends of the green beans before cooking to ensure a more enjoyable texture.
- Feel free to swap the chicken stock for vegetable stock if you prefer. You can also use water.
- Swap the garlic puree with roasted garlic for a richer flavor.
- These green beans are best served warm because the butter will congeal as they cool down. If you would like to serve cold, simply omit the butter.
- If you prefer more tender green beans, increase the time at pressure to 1-2 minutes.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, or other desired seasonings over the green beans to enhance their taste.
- Toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet before adding.
- Use toasted slivered almonds instead of sesame seeds.
- Drizzle with a bit of sesame oil before serving for more of that nutty flavor.
- Remember to mix gently or the green beans will break apart.
- Storage - keep leftovers in an airtight container inside the fridge for up to 5 days.
- There are 2 WW Blue Plan SmartPoints in one serving of this.
