Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter , frozen and grated
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese , shredded
To Finish:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter , melted
- 2 tablespoons parsley , finely minced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, garlic powder and salt.
- Add in the butter, milk and cheddar cheese and whisk to combine.
- Using a 2 tablespoon cookie scoop, drop the batter onto the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley.
