  • ½ cup butter
  • 6 cloves garlic or 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 tablespoons parmesaen cheese optional
