Garlic Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 package French Fries frozen, crinkle cut
  • 3 tablespoons butter salted
  • 1 large clove garlic grated or finely minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes optional
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Cook crinkle-cut fries according to package directions.
  2. While fries are cooking, melt butter with garlic in the microwave until fragrant, 1 minute or so. Stir in parsley flakes.
  3. Once fries are golden brown and slightly crispy, toss with garlic butter. Top with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
