Ingredients

  • 8 oz (230g) green beans
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 cloves garlic finely minced
  • salt to taste
  • 3 dashes ground white pepper or black pepper

Instructions

  1. Trim the top and bottom ends of the green beans, rinse them, and set aside.
  2. In a pan, add the oil and sauté the garlic until light brown. Add the green beans, salt, and pepper, and continue stirring until they are cooked. Transfer to a serving plate and serve immediately.
