Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter ½ cup, softened
  • 1 ½ teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 ½ tablespoons chopped fresh herbs any combination of basil, oregano, dill, rosemary
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.
  2. Place on a piece of plastic wrap and roll into a log. Twist ends to seal well.
  3. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  4. Slice into rounds and enjoy on steaks, vegetables or bread.
