Garlic Herb Sauteed Mushrooms

This easy and healthy sauteed mushrooms recipe takes only 10 mins from prep to dinner table. Saute the mushrooms with olive oil, garlic, parsley, and top with Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
  • 8 oz (230g) cremini mushrooms or white mushrooms, bottom parts trimmed
  • 2 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 3 pinches salt or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon parsley leaves chopped
  • Parmesan Cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. Clean the mushrooms with cold running water, then drain and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the oil. Sauté the garlic until slightly browned before adding the mushrooms. Stir in the mushrooms, then add salt and parsley. Cook for about 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Dish out and top with some Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
