Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons butter salted
- 1 pound Shrimp peeled and deveined, large, 21 - 25 count per pound
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon basil dried
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano dried
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 3 Tablespoons lemon juice fresh
- 2 Tablespoons parsley freshly chopped
Instructions
- Heat the butter in a large skillet, over medium-high heat, until it starts to foam. Add the minced garlic to the butter. Stir and cook for about 30 seconds.
- Add the shrimp to the hot skillet. Sprinkle the basil, oregano, lemon zest, salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes onto the shrimp. Stir and cook until shrimps are pink and opaque; about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, then pour the lemon juice and chopped parsley all over shrimp. Gently toss to coat. Serve immediately and enjoy!
