Garlic Lemon Grilled Asparagus with Feta Cheese

Garlic & lemon give great flavor to this grilled asparagus recipe, topped with feta cheese for a delicious side dish at your next BBQ!

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp red wine & olive oil vinaigrette dressing
  • 1 tbsp dried minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 lb fresh asparagus
  • ½ cup feta cheese crumbled

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk the red wine & olive oil vinaigrette with the garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt & pepper.
  2. Place the asparagus in a foil basket.
  3. Pour the sauce over the asparagus, then place on the grill over medium heat.
  4. Grill for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Remove from the grill, transfer to a serving plate and top with the feta cheese.
