Ingredients
- 1 portion Homemade whole wheat pizza dough
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 garlic clove crushed; for the base
- 3 garlic clove crushed; for the mushrooms
- 250 g mixed mushrooms (we used shiitake, oyster and mini portobello)
- 20 g fresh basil chopped
- 40 g parmesan shaved
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C/200°C(fan)/400°F/Gas 6.
- Roll out 1 portion Homemade whole wheat pizza dough.
- In a bowl, mix together 3 tablespoon Olive oil and 3 Garlic clove and spread over the pizza dough.
- Add some spray oil to a frying pan and add 250 g Mixed mushrooms and 3 Garlic clove. Gently heat for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Put the garlic mushrooms on top of the pizza and add 20 g Fresh basil and 40 g Parmesan. Add some cracked black pepper and a pinch of sea salt and put into the oven for 15-20 minutes until the dough has risen and is cooked through.
