Ingredients
- 2 pounds yellow baby potatoes
- ½ cup melted butter
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons Hidden Valley® Original Ranch Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix shaker
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
- Add the 2 pounds yellow baby potatoes to a large pot, fill it with water, and bring to a boil. The potatoes should take 10-15 minutes to cook until tender, check them with a fork, then drain.
- Lay the potatoes in an even layer on the baking sheet. Carefully smash each one with a potato masher.
- In a small bowl whisk together the ½ cup melted butter, 3 minced garlic cloves, and 2 tablespoons Hidden Valley® Original Ranch Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix shaker. Spread the mixutre on top of the potatoes.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until brown and crispy. Top with chopped parsley for garnish and serve.
