Garlic Relish

Whether you spread it on a sandwich, dip warm bread into it or use it to top a steak, this Garlic Relish is so delicious and full of flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 head garlic , peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley , chopped
  • 2 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons coarse kosher salt
  • 1/2-3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a small bowl, combine the garlic, parsley, white vinegar and salt. Spread in bowl so the top is flat.
  2. Pour the olive oil over top until it is covered by olive oil.
  3. Cover and marinate for 3-4 hours before serving.

  • If you want to reduce the potency of garlic flavors, allow the chopped garlic to steep in a small bowl of lemon juice for 15-30 minutes before proceeding with the recipe.
