Garlic Roasted Carrots
Garlic Roasted Carrots bring tender baby carrots roasted in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, and thyme. The roasting process softens the carrots while infusing them with a gentle caramelization from the balsamic, complemented by the savory notes of garlic and herbs. A sprinkle of fresh parsley finishes the dish with a bright herbal touch. This recipe suits those who want a flavorful side that pairs well with a variety of main courses.
