Ingredients

  • 8 oz (230g) dry spaghetti
  • 3 garlic finely minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon white sesame
  • 2 talks scallions roots trimmed and cut into small rings
Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1-2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente.
  2. Mix all the ingredients for the Sauce in a small bowl, stirring to combine well. Ensure the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the garlic and sesame, and stir to mix thoroughly.
  3. When the spaghetti is cooked, drain it in a colander. Transfer the noodles to a large mixing bowl, add the sauce and scallions, and stir to combine well. Serve immediately.
