Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds Shrimp , peeled and deveined and chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic , minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper coarse ground
  • 8 ounces cream cheese , room temperature
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese , shredded
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese , shaved

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add in the shrimp and cook until pink, 30 seconds on each side.
  3. Mix in the garlic, salt, pepper, cream cheese, mayonnaise, mozzarella, and lemon juice and top with shaved parmesan.
  4. Baked for 25-30 minutes until browned.
