Ingredients

  • 1½ tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • red pepper flakes to taste
  • 1¼ pounds large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • kosher salt to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
