Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 12 oz. jumbo shrimp shelled and deveined, tail-on
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 dashes cayenne pepper
- chopped parsley
Instructions
- Heat a skillet (preferably cast iron) over medium heat, then add the olive oil and butter. Sauté the garlic until aromatic, then add the shrimp and stir to combine well.
- Add the salt and lemon juice, then continue to cook the shrimp. Top with cayenne pepper and parsley before serving.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
