Garlic Soy Marinated Grilled Flank Steak
This flank steak recipe contains a winning blend of Worcestershire, soy sauce and spices.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ lb flank steak
- ¼ cup soy sauce (low sodium)
- 4 cloves garlic (grated)
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl or large resealable plastic bag and coat steak evenly.
- Marinade for 30 minutes or overnight.
- Grill over high heat for 4 minutes per side for medium-rare or longer for well done.
Notes
- This recipe is a great source of iron
- If you’d like to make this recipe gluten-free, replace the soy sauce with Tamari
